Context

As part of a growing movement, the company had acquired several local businesses in Latin America, all of then offering financial services to consumers and companies in the e-commerce market. After while, they had decided it was time to unify those services under a new brand which could navigate easily through the locals markets in Latin America.

the challenge

A deep understanding of B2B and B2C needs in Brazil, Colombia and Argentina. A dive into each business, analysing portfolio of services and processes, measure the level of client attachment with old brands and come up with a new brand/business solution.
